"My family has been with Jim Parsley for almost 50 years. We first had his father as our agent. I can not speak highly enough at the wonderful, speedy, and helpful service we have had all these years. Every single interaction from in-person, to phone, and email has been impeccable. At one point we had 3 homes, 5 cars, and renters insurance. We now have few vehicles and only one home but that has not stopped the excellent service we receive time and time again.
